  • Maintain an organized plant-specific documentation library
  • Address violations of GMP and HACCP standards and implement process control recommendations
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and delivers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, facilitating team member qualifications to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines an report training status and completion on monthly basis
  • Design training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, and videos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, SwipeGuide, etc.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and department leaders to ensure understanding of training and effective transfer of knowledge and skills
  • Coordinate the Train-the-Trainer programs utilizing SME's or Safety Manager as directed by plant location
  • Maintain and update plant specific documentation library consisting of reference materials, videos, publications, photos, etc.
  • Take appropriate action when violations to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) occur or when Process Controls suggestions are made
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 5 plus years of specific experience


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree
  • Ability to climb stairs/steps and/or stand a minimum of eight hours
