Job DescriptionYou will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager (Level 4) for the Manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for leading supervisors, support staff, and machinists in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while driving safety, quality, cost, and schedule excellence.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Associate Manager (Level 4) you will be responsible for overseeing team staffing, coordinating recruitment and training, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to meet customer and business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead a team of supervisors, support members, and machinists to achieve core performance metrics.
- Manage staffing activities including recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, and work assignments.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, production planning, maintenance, facilities, and ESH to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.

Basic Qualifications- Leadership experience in manufacturing
environment

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word,

- Ability to obtain US Government-issued Secret
Security Clearance
Desired skills- Working knowledge of manufacturing systems
including SAP and Apriso
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies and
procedures
- Understanding and experience in Material

- Experience in working with facilities teams and
capital project management
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement/cost reduction activities
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
