Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Consultant to provide advanced technical support, system management, process improvement, and integration support for warehouse management operations. The role requires strong warehouse operations domain knowledge, extensive WMS experience, Manhattan WMS and LM expertise, and multiple full-lifecycle MAWM implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support and troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs.
• Perform MAWM configuration for bug fixes and performance tuning while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Develop automated solutions and optimize warehouse workflows, including picking and packing processes.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, ERP teams such as SAP, and warehouse operations teams.
• Collaborate with the Manhattan CSO organization on issue resolution, platform capabilities, and enhancements.
• Adhere to and align with IT change management and governance processes.
• Provide technical support to live warehouse sites, including weekends or other breaks when required based on warehouse rotation shifts.
Required Qualifications
• Experience working in a WMS support team.
• Warehouse operations domain experience.
• 10+ years of experience working with best-in-breed WMS solutions.
• Mandatory experience with Manhattan WMS and LM.
• Multiple full-lifecycle MAWM implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of complete WMS process flows.
• Experience with WMS Cloud implementations.
• Experience understanding and developing complex WMS rules.
• Experience understanding and developing workflows.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to independently handle technical assignments.
• Experience designing WMS and/or legacy system integrations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel at least 20%, including travel to Mexico and Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience supporting live warehouse environments with rotational operations.
