Your Role
• Navigate stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment on technical deliverables.
• Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide real-time, on-site support to operators on production and packaging lines.
• Act as the primary bridge between floor operations and technical support teams, ensuring timely incident logging, communication, escalation, and resolution.
• Assist with issues related to scanners, label printers, barcode systems, workstations, and production line equipment interfaces.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove support experience to operators, supervisors, and business stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor operations and identify potential issues before they impact productivity.
Your skills and experience
• 5+ years of solid experience in .NET application support, SQL development, and production support environments.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Capable of conceptualizing latest technology landscape requirements and driving technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of various technology components and their capabilities.
• Works in a team covering business and technology with representatives from client to produce overall quality delivery.
• Strong analytical thinking to examine data flow and connect components/networks in an efficient manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of activities across every phase of delivery from requirement analysis to product release and post-production support.
• Hands-on experience and expertise with .NET technologies, C#, SQL Server, database queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Experience with incident management, escalation management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting barcode scanners, label printers, barcode systems, and production floor technology solutions.
• Knowledgeable in Windows-based systems, workstation support, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience working with SQL databases including query optimization, data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $68,911 to $ 161,544

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
