Bridge strategy and execution in Wealth-deliver platforms that advisors, investors, and operations can trust.

We are seeking a senior leader with deep Wealth and Asset Management expertise to drive large-scale client transformation programs and lead strategic growth initiatives within our consulting practice.

This role requires a proven track record in managing complex platform conversions, integrations, and business transformations across wealth management and asset servicing domains. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic vision, hands-on delivery leadership, and exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives across business and technology.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage major Wealth Management transformation programs, with particular focus on platform conversions, data migrations, and operating model transitions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive leaders, guiding clients through critical strategic and operational change
  • Define and deliver multi-year consulting engagements - from Diagnostic and roadmap phases through to implementation and post-conversion stabilization
  • Build, lead, and inspire high-performing consulting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client excellence
  • Manage senior client relationships and navigate complex governance structures to ensure alignment and successful delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to the growth of the Wealth & Asset Management practice by developing new business opportunities, expanding client accounts, and driving thought leadership in the market
  • Represent the firm as an industry expert at conferences, panels, and client forums
  • Partner with technology vendors, custodians, and service providers to stay ahead of industry trends and solutions

What We're Looking For
  • 12+ years of experience in Wealth Management, with extensive background in consulting, delivery leadership, or transformation management
  • Proven experience leading conversion or migrations (e.g. platform modernization, custodial transitions, client book conversions, or data integrations)
  • Strong domain knowledge spanning front, middle, and back office - including distribution, portfolio management, operations, and client reporting
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, data governance, and change management in financial services
  • Demonstrated success in building executive relationships and influencing across large, matrixed organizations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Canadian or North American wealth markets strongly preferred
