What You'll Do- Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet patient care and business goals
- Mentor and develop pharmacists, technicians, and front-end staff
- Act as a trusted resource for complex patient, provider, and clinical concerns
- Partner with leadership on MTM services, clinical programs, and innovative patient care initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support continuous improvement
- Monitor quality metrics and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the patient and customer experience
- Stay current on pharmacy best practices and contribute to policy development
What You Bring- BS or PharmD in Pharmacy
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License
- 3-5 years of pharmacy management or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Immunization certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of proactive health, wellness, and nutraceuticals
- Experience with pharmacy systems (PioneerRx preferred) and Google Workspace
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
