Full Job Description
This role will lead Acquisition Success and Value Realization across ESUs strategic acquisition portfolio in North America. Reporting directly to the Head of ESU, the role is accountable for converting deal intent into measurable business outcomesgrowth, margin expansion, capability build-out, and operational stability.

The incumbent will establish governance, define execution models, and drive coordinated cross-functional delivery from pre-sign diligence through post-close

transformation and scaling. This role requires a balance of strategic judgment, operational rigor, and senior-level influence, acting as the single point of accountability for acquisition outcomes within ESU.

Key Responsibilities

1. Acquisition Success Governance & Leadership
• Establish a best-in-class Acquisition Success Office / COE for ESU, including governance frameworks, decision rights, and executive reporting cadence
• Define the operating model for acquisition success, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and collaboration across ESU leadership, corporate functions, and acquired entities
• Act as the principal advisor to the ESU Head and senior leadership on acquisition strategy execution, value realization trade-offs, and risk management

2. End-to-End Value Realization Planning & Execution
• Translate deal rationale and investment theses into detailed value-realization roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and success metrics

Orchestrate coordinated execution across functional value streams including: Financial and statutory alignment

Commercial and GTM alignment

Shared services and backend enablement

Delivery model and operating rhythm harmonization

Talent, leadership, and organization enablement

Technology, platforms, marketing, and procurement enablement

Ensure uninterrupted business performance, customer experience, and delivery continuity during the transition and scaling phases

3. Growth, Synergies & Business Impact
• Partner with deal teams during diligence to validate value levers, execution complexity, and risks to realization
• Develop and track value realization plans across revenue, cost, and margin levers with clear ownership and phasing
• Define GTM priorities, rules of engagement, and joint operating norms to unlock cross-sell and expansion opportunities
• Build account-level growth and cross-sell views, aligned to ESUs industry and platform strategy
• Identify, benchmark, and govern cost and productivity initiatives across delivery and SG&A functions
• Design and operate KPI dashboards tracking performance against deal business cases

4. Executive Governance & Stakeholder Management
• Design and lead executive-level governance including steering committees, leadership forums, and cadence reviews
• Prepare board- and C-suite-ready updates on acquisition performance, value realization, risks, and strategic implications
• Manage relationships with external advisors and partners supporting acquisition success efforts

5. Risk Management & Business Continuity
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks such as customer attrition, talent loss, delivery disruption, or platform instability
• Implement controls to protect revenue, client commitments, and brand reputation
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, audit, and statutory requirements

6. Change, Culture & Leadership Enablement
• Partner with HR to lead organization design, leadership onboarding, talent retention, and compensation alignment
• Drive structured change and communication strategies for employees, clients, and partners
• Enable cultural alignment while preserving the strengths and entrepreneurial energy of acquired firms

7. Capability Building & Institutionalization
• Build and mentor a high-caliber acquisition success team across program leadership and execution roles
• Codify playbooks, frameworks, and lessons learned to build repeatable ESU capability
• Embed acquisition success thinking into M&A strategy, diligence, and business planning

Qualifications:

Required
• MBA from a top-tier institution
• ~1012 years of experience, with 68 years in M&A value realization, acquisition success, corporate development, or top-tier consulting (MBB / Big 4)
• Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles, managing complex, multi-functional, multi-geography transactions from pre-sign through sustained value realization
• Strong expertise in acquisition success models, IMO-equivalent governance, value tracking, and executive program leadership
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in business case ownership and performance tracking
• Proven ability to influence senio r executives and Boards without direct authority

Preferred
• IT services, technology consulting, or professional services background with exposure to global delivery models
• Hands-on acquisition experience in the North America market
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, and cloud-led transformations

Salary Range: $186,935-$252,989 a year
