This opportunity is open to candidates throughout the United States, who will report into either our New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Chicago offices.
Your Mandate:- Own the vertical - originate, lead, and execute M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory deals across industrial manufacturing, automation, distribution, logistics, infrastructure, and industrial tech
- Work directly with C-suites, Boards, PE sponsors, and strategics to structure and close transformative deals
- Run the entire deal lifecycle, from origination and pitch through close - with internal support and no friction
- Serve as a thought leader and market maker, raising Wedbush's visibility in the Industrials space and shaping our go-to-market strategy
- Build and scale your deal team with top junior talent and leadership support
Experience and Skills- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- 10+ years of recent investment banking experience with a deep concentration in Industrials (manufacturing, automation, distribution, logistics, infrastructure, etc.)
- A live or near-term pipeline of actionable mandates with clear potential for monetization
- A track record of origination and closings, ideally in the $50M-$1B range
- Deep relationships with founders, C-suites, financial sponsors, and corporate development leaders
- A builder's mindset with a sharp commercial instinct and relentless drive to lead from the front
- FINRA Series 79 & 63 required; (24 a plus)

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
