Job Summary:
Executive leadership and strategic oversight of capital markets and syndications; responsibility for origination, structuring, execution, and distribution of syndicated loans and capital market transactions; alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements; relationship management with clients, investors, and financial institutions; drive business growth through innovative financial solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead capital markets and syndications team; originate, structure, and execute syndicated loans and capital market transactions; develop and implement business growth strategies; oversee due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing processes; maintain relationships with clients, investors, banks, and financial institutions; ensure regulatory and policy compliance; monitor market trends and competitor activity; collaborate with risk, legal, and operations teams; manage, mentor, and develop team members; represent organization at industry events and client meetings; prepare and present reports to executive leadership.
