Full Job Description
Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Managing Director to join our Contract Logistics team.

In this strategic leadership role, you will have the opportunity to shape and expand our contract logistics footprint across North America by securing transformative, multi-million-dollar outsourcing engagements with Fortune 1000 enterprises. Here, your executive network and deep supply chain expertise will allow you to open doors, influence strategic operational models, and position Iron Mountain as a premier partner in complex warehousing and fulfillment. You'll play a vital role in originating high-value partnerships that drive long-term commercial growth and elevate our expanding logistics platform.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:
  • Drive Executive Business Development: Originate and develop strategic, multi-million-dollar contract logistics opportunities with C-suite, Chief Supply Chain, and procurement executives across targeted enterprise accounts.
  • Lead Complex Pursuits: Guide end-to-end sales strategy for high-value pursuits, from initial engagement through executive presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Architect Custom Solutions: Partner with internal solution design, engineering, and operations teams to build tailored warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and automation capabilities.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with pricing, legal, finance, real estate, and implementation leadership to structure profitable, scalable, and risk-managed commercial agreements.


What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise contract logistics sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar targets.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain engineering, distribution network design, WMS platforms, and labor management models.
  • Proven ability to establish and cultivate executive-level relationships across Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling, value-based pricing, and navigating complex, long-cycle enterprise sales engagements ($5M-$100M+ annual contract value).
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
