As the TD Water Services Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will lead the daily performance and long-term health of all TD-site water systems. This role is central to keeping TD manufacturing running smoothly and safely. Youll guide a combined operations and technical team, partner closely with engineering and TD customers, and shape strategies that balance reliability, cost, and future growth. Responsibilities: - Lead operation and maintenance of UPW, wastewater, reclaim, and supporting water systems for the TD site - Ensure high system availability and rapid response to operational issues and emergencies - Drive reliability, asset integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives - Use data, metrics, and trend analysis to improve performance, cost, and efficiency - Develop and lead the team through clear priorities, coaching, and performance management Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience - 4+ years of facilities experience in semiconductor or related industry - 4+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience - Working knowledge of water treatment, UPW, or wastewater systems Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced knowledge of semiconductor water, UPW, and wastewater treatment systems - Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety laws affecting water systems - Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills - Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and reliability - Proven ability to lead change, build culture, and develop talent As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
