Pay Transparency:

The pay range for this role is:
$103,600.00-$176,400.00/Annual

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.

Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

Job Details

Owns clinical and product competency training for the US IVT field sales team across the full portfolio, including vascular closure

(PerQseal Elite, VASCADE, VASCADE MVP, VASCADE MVP XL) and Sensor Guided Technologies (OptoWire, SavvyWire, PacePro).

Builds and delivers training curricula, certification programs, and ongoing competency assessments that ensure the US field can

sell and support IVT products safely, compliantly, and effectively. Reports to the Manager, Global Sales Training.

Enter Responsibilities/Essential Duties
  • Design, develop, and deliver clinical and product training curricula for the full IVT portfolio, ensuring field sales representatives achieve and maintain product and procedural competency.
  • Own new hire onboarding and certification programs for IVT field sales, including product knowledge assessments and sign-off requirements prior to independent field activity.
  • Partner with Clinical Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure training content reflects current clinical evidence, product specifications, and approved messaging.
  • Maintain and update training materials and certification requirements as products launch, receive label or indication expansions, or undergo product changes.
  • Conduct field ride-alongs and in-field coaching to assess rep competency and identify training gaps.
  • Develop and administer ongoing competency assessments and recertification programs to maintain field proficiency across the IVT portfolio.
  • Support national and regional sales meetings with training sessions, workshops, and hands-on product simulation.
  • Track and report on training completion, certification status, and competency metrics across the global IVT sales organizatio Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to ensure training reflects current competitive positioning and differentiation.
