Job Description

As a Manager,you will make an immediate impact. You will be responsible for directing the analytical aspect of projects as well as working closely with our client teams to effect change and implement our recommendations.On our end, we are looking to connect with professionals that demonstrate intellectual horsepower, emotional intelligence and develop business acumen.

ClientEngagement:

• Build & maintain engaging relationship with client team members.
• Responsible for the quality of client facing materials including data analysis & deliverables using standard processes & templates.
• Prioritize & deliver all assigned project tasks per project timeline on-time with quality results.
• Run models, pivot tables & output in client meetings.
• Present analysis during internal client working sessions & with clients.
• Completes adhoc data queries & analysis in Excel or other tools.
• Demonstrate use of listening & questioning techniques to understand issues & problems.

Analytics:

• Manipulate & understand data, trend, and diagnostic results to clearly articulate business opportunities.
• Design & develop models with limited intervention.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated competency in tools (DRIVE, Excel, Power Pivot, etc.) needed to deliver project analysis.
• Proactively manage quality of work.
• Present compelling arguments using facts & data.
• Validate work performed by Business Analysts to ensure quality.

ProblemSolving:

• Exhibit a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Identify options & make recommendations.
• Demonstrate ability to be inventive in seeking solutions.
• Identifies & communicates status, risks & issues impacting the quality or timeliness of work.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required; MBA preferred.
• At least seven years related experience in a B2B environment.
• Previous experience in a consulting organization is preferred.
• Experience working in or with marketing and sales disciplines.
• A high degree of proficiency is required in a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote, SharePoint.

Travel: On average 30%, could be up to 50% at times (could include international travel).
