Full Job Description
What You'll Do

Lead the trust & wealth management division by developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and enhance service offerings such as Special Needs Trusts, Escrow Accounts, and 1031 Exchange Accounts. Expand the firm's regional presence through close collaboration with bank branches, commercial lenders, and CLOs, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across business units.

Design and implement programs that encourage internal referrals, strengthening the firm's client pipeline and fostering a culture of cross-departmental engagement. Work closely with the Trust Committee and external investment managers to oversee investment strategies, ensuring they align with client objectives and market conditions.

Enhance compliance measures to meet evolving regulatory expectations, with a particular focus on maintaining robust controls in areas related to MRB. As a visible representative in the community, build and nurture relationships that drive business development and reinforce the firm's reputation as a trusted financial partner.
