JOB SUMMARY: Sycamores provides a variety of mental health services through various programs to a variety of populations with various levels of needs. Although the agency serves a variety of consumers, the agency focuses primarily on providing care to low-income, high at-risk youth.
The Manager of Technology is responsible for assigned planning, management, and day-to-day technology operations and support services provided to Sycamores. The position serves as the operational liaison between the business departments and Sycamores technology vendors supporting helpdesk services, data center operations, telecommunications, copiers, physical security systems, and other technology services.
The Manager of Technology ensures technology services are delivered effectively, service levels are achieved, vendor performance meets expectations, and operational issues are resolved in a timely manner.
The Manager of Technology currently operates through vendor and managed service provider relationships (MSP) and may supervise assigned staff as organizational needs evolve. This position works closely with Sycamores' leadership to support technology initiatives, maintain operational stability, and align technology services with organizational needs. The role reports to the AVP of Business Technology Services.
Starting Pay Range:$95,000 - $105,000 per year for Full-Time employment (starting pay will be based on previous work experience and educational background.)JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible technology management or technology operations experience.
- Experience managing third-party service providers and vendor relationships.
- Experience managing technology budgets, contracts, and service agreements.
- Experience supervising technical support personnel.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
