THE JOB

At VEG, we find a way to say YES-and this role brings that mindset to how we measure, improve, and scale Talent Development. You'll build the systems that help our leaders understand what's working, what isn't, and what to do next.

As Manager, Talent Development Performance and Insights, you'll build and operate the systems that help Talent Development measure success. You'll partner with program owners to translate goals into meaningful metrics, create reporting and dashboards that leaders actually use, and turn surveys, feedback, and performance data into practical insights that improve our programs over time.

You'll work at the intersection of analytics, operations, and enablement and help build the systems that make better decisions possible across Talent Development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Performance Systems: Build and continuously improve the reporting, dashboard, survey, and measurement systems that help Talent Development understand program performance and make better decisions.
  • Measurement Strategy: Partner with Talent Development leaders to translate program goals into measurable outcomes, consistent metrics, and practical feedback loops.
  • Insights and Reporting: Turn quantitative data and qualitative feedback into clear, actionable insights that support program reviews, retrospectives, and leadership decision-making.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Maintain trusted sources of truth, improve reporting consistency, and establish practical standards for how Talent Development collects and uses performance data.
  • Enablement: Support the rollout of new Talent Development systems and ways of working by measuring adoption, identifying friction, and helping teams continuously improve.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Operations, Program Leaders, Tech, and Strategy and Enablement to ensure measurement supports both day-to-day execution and long-term improvement.

WHAT YOU NEED
  • 4+ years building reporting, analytics, or performance measurement systems
  • Experience creating dashboards, surveys, or measurement frameworks that supported business decisions
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
  • Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for non-technical audiences
  • Experience partnering across teams to improve programs or operations
  • Excel / Google Sheets proficiency; experience with survey or BI tools is a plus
  • Experience with learning analytics, people analytics, or program operations preferred-not required

WHO YOU ARE
  • Empathetic, instinctively taking a people-centric approach, whether supporting your colleagues or making an effort to understand different perspectives
  • Have a sense of humility; acknowledging mistakes, sharing credit with others, and lifting up your team's' accomplishments
  • Feel a strong sense of ownership over your work, taking responsibility for outcomes and staying committed to achieving long-term, impactful results
  • Curious by nature; you ask insightful questions and continuously seek out opportunities to learn and grow your skills and knowledge

HOW WE INVEST IN YOU
  • Competitive Compensation Including $100,000 to $140,000 salary + bonus + benefits.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits that start on day one, and access to free therapy or counseling
  • Paid parental leave, up to 12 weeks at 100% of regular salary, and offering inclusive fertility and family-building care for all types of families
  • Unlimited PTO to use for vacation or sick days-however you need it!
  • Generous employee referral program, so our awesome people can bring in more awesome people.
  • And the little (big) things, like casual office attire, ability to bring your fur baby to work, cool VEG swag, food in the fridge for when you're hungry and free lunches twice a week!!
  • Company laptop and a monthly cell phone reimbursement
