Full Job Description
Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide recruitment expertise and impact the continued evolution of our TA function. In addition to leading a team of Recruiters, this Manager will lead full cycle recruitment efforts for experienced candidates across the organization, influence Athletico’s recruitment marketing initiatives, technology and system design, lead projects, and facilitate process improvements. This position will work collaboratively with business leaders across a highly dynamic company to meet workforce planning and hiring goals while understanding the competitive landscape.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, and develop talent acquisition team to achieve company goals, build capabilities, and drive efficiencies within the team
  • Design systems and processes that empower the talent acquisition team to consistently deliver high quality experiences for candidates and key stakeholders
  • Serve as a consultant and business advocate to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with field leaders to leverage data to design and implement comprehensive sourcing and recruiting strategies for clinical, non-clinical, and corporate roles across the organization
  • Drive accountability through KPI’s to effectively and efficiently utilize technology tools to deliver against organizational goals
  • Identify learning and development opportunities and partner with peers to design training that meets the needs of the team
  • Stay current on market trends and identify opportunities to implement proof of concept tests
  • Manage Athletico’s employment brand through implementation and ensuring alignment between the employment brand and the overall corporate brand

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Resources or related experience required
  • Work Experience:
    • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with progressive responsibilities required
    • Experience in the healthcare field a plus
    • Strong computer skills with Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications
    • Experience with iCIMS preferred
  • Certification/Licensure:
  • Knowledge and Technical Skills:
    • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
    • Ability to lead and have ownership over programs and processes with minimal supervision
    • Excellent leadership, presentation, communication and customer service skills
    • Strong interpersonal & customer service skills

Language Skills:

  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

Physical Demands:

  • Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
  • Possess the ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hand and arms
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
  • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low

Salaried ranges listed are for full time (40 hour) employees. Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends are subject to the rules of each program and may not be available in all locations. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

Minimum Salary/WageUSD $102,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary/WageUSD $125,000.00/Yr.
