Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years experience as a Human Resource Business Partner
- A minimum of 7 years progressive experience in a related field
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI preferred
- SHRM-CP preferred

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $105,600-$132,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview:
The Manager, Human Resources is both a strategic and hands-on role, delivering full-cycle HR support to the organization. As a working manager, this role leads an HR team and is also, assigned to and overseeing specific areas of the business - spanning both corporate and warehouse populations, exempt and non-exempt.
The Manager coaches leaders through complex people decisions, investigates and resolves employee relations matters, translates workforce data into actionable recommendations, and partners with HR centers of excellence (Total Rewards, Talent, Learning & Development, etc.) as needed. Success is measured by factors including leader effectiveness, the quality of business partnership, and the consistency and defensibility of HR practices across the business.
Responsibilities:- Manages a team of HR professionals in support of various departments inside the organization
- Functions as the Trusted Advisor to the business and responsible for employee relations, performance management, compensation, job architecture, as well as employee and leadership coaching to various departments
- Administration of HR policies and procedures, current state, local and federal regulations, and corporate objectives and providing guidance and education to employees and managers.
- Resolves employee relations issues and performance matters.
- Conducts investigations related to policy violations, misconduct, or other circumstances that may result in disciplinary action.
