WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide full-service recruiting support and achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, providing guidance to hiring managers, interviewing candidates, making recommendations and administering relocations. Manage budgets and contracts of associated staffing vendors.


HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, optimizing processes, metrics, reporting, and cost efficiency.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs based on organizational plans and objectives.
  • Research and implement best practices in recruitment while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop social media recruitment strategies tailored to different roles and functions.
  • Enhance employer branding by recommending competitive policies, benefits, and compensation practices.
  • Screen and assess candidates through interviews, reference checks, and qualification analysis.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including logistics such as travel and accommodations.
  • Support employee relocation and onboarding requirements.
  • Oversee temporary staffing processes in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure legal compliance by enforcing regulations, training managers, and updating policies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, agencies, and serve as a recruitment point of contact.
  • Manage contract recruiters, including selection, onboarding, and performance oversight.
  • Lead ATS management in partnership with IT to ensure system effectiveness.
  • Develop talent pipelines through networking, university partnerships, and strategic programs.
  • Design and manage internship/graduate programs, including orientation, coaching, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct intake meetings, source candidates independently, coordinate interviews, and recommend final hires.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Six to seven years of work experience in the area of Human Resources, preferably within a recruiting capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio
  • Working knowledge of SAP a plus
  • Results driven
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential nature of employee information and records
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to multi-task


WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU

  • Compensation Range: $91,000 - $120,000
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
