Full Job Description
The Manager - System Operations serves as a strategic partner to the Group Director - System Operations and is responsible for supporting operational performance, developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), leading cross-functional projects, and facilitating data-driven decision-making across Facilities, Environmental Services (EVS), Dietary, Biomed, and other operational support departments.

This position collaborates with operational and clinical leaders to ensure operational effectiveness, regulatory readiness, financial stewardship, and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership, project management, process improvement, or operational management experience
  • Experience with performance metrics, dashboards, and data analytics
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary projects preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance scorecards
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and Environment of Care standards preferred
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability
  • Ability to influence teams without direct authority
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
