DescriptionThe Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for Surgical Services, including perioperative services, sterile processing, and related procedural areas. The Manager is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, patient-centered care delivery in accordance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practice. Minimum Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing - Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Wisconsin RN license
- 3+ years of experience working in an OR
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Arrhythmia class
- Basic 12 Lead class
