Description

The Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for Surgical Services, including perioperative services, sterile processing, and related procedural areas. The Manager is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, patient-centered care delivery in accordance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practice. Serves as a working leader who supports direct patient care as needed. All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing - Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Wisconsin RN license
  • 3+ years of experience working in an OR
  • CPR certification
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Arrhythmia class
  • Basic 12 Lead class

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
