Full Job Description
We are seeking a Support Services Manager to join our team in Overland Park, KS. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide IT support services, including end-user technology, asset management, software licensing, and Tier 1 Help Desk operations. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across the organization's client technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise IT support services, including the Tier 1 Help Desk and end-user technology support
  • Manage internal teams, vendors, and service providers to deliver exceptional customer support
  • Monitor service levels, ticket performance, and KPIs to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Develop and implement IT support strategies, policies, and best practices
  • Oversee IT hardware asset management and software licensing compliance
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the client technology environment
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for support services staff
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, security requirements, and software licensing agreements


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise IT support teams
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, hardware procurement, and software licensing
  • Experience working with third-party Help Desk providers
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience leading enterprise IT service improvement initiatives
