About the roleThe Supply Planning Manager manages and drives regional supply planning excellence to ultimately optimize the inventory and service levels. A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand.
We are looking for someone with supply planning experience, who is analytical, thorough and a clear communicator. An interest and affinity for streamlining processes and cross-functional communication is key to being successful in this role.
As Manager, Supply Planning, you will:- Fease additional regional sell-in opportunities within blocked horizon.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the supply planning and stock balancing processes and systems.
- Ensure on-time availability of product, developing action plans or alternatives for delayed product.
- Own and deliver key reports to cross functional partners weekly/monthly/quarterly.
- Manage stock tracking and delivery OTIF.
- Provide monthly fill rates and corresponding root cause analysis.
- Drive local rework initiatives, ensuring OTIF delivery and identifying process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.
Who you will work with About you- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum of 3-5years Supply Chain planning related experience and minimum
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in supply planning role(s)
- Organized, thorough and detail-oriented
- Numerate, analytical and a good problem-solver
- Inquisitive, resilient, someone who sees things through
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to new situations and changes in direction
