Position Information

Make the difference as a Manager Supply Chain Services with BayCare. In this role, you will lead the hospital-wide supply chain distribution system, including receiving, par replenishment, patient charging, supply storage, inventory oversight, recall processes, and coordination with BayCare distribution and approved vendors. Shift Hours: Variable All 3 Shifts

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: Yes

Position Summary

  • Responsible for the hospital-wide supply chain distribution system of receiving, par replenishment, patient charging, and the clean and orderly storage of supplies in the most efficient manner while maintaining the highest levels of customer service at the facility.
  • Responsible for the ordering, storing, delivering, and patient charging of movable medical equipment in certain circumstances.
  • Responsible for ensuring the recall process is followed and acting as the liaison between the clinical teams and BayCare vendors.
  • Oversees the inventory supply area of each facility.
  • Serves as the primary interface between the facility and BayCare distribution and BayCare-approved vendors.

Required/Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in Materials Management, Healthcare, Distribution, or a related field; or five (5) years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree; or three (3) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
