LifeBridge Health/Northwest Hospital is seeking a dynamic Manager - Supply Chain Operations
Northwest Hospital (267 beds) is fully dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of communities in northwest Baltimore metro area.
About this role:
The Manager, Supply Chain Operations is responsible for owning and optimizing the Hospital Supply Chain Operations including all inventory management, supply replenishment, receiving, internal and external distribution central stores, print shop and mail services. We are seeking a manager with strong demonstrated leadership skills.
Responsibilities also include the following:
- Driving initiatives that incorporate system-wide vision; builds shared commitment for desired future state, and achieve stated objectives; understanding, communicating, and effectively promoting the value proposition of the Supply Chain organization.
- Actively seeking and identifying new opportunities to offer customers greater value-added services and working closely with key stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and implement supply chain logistics programs that contribute to the Supply Chain division's strategic objectives.
- Identifies required areas needed for improvement and sets continuous improvement goals and develops strategies to execute/accomplish.
- Performs monthly rounds on all customers, inquiring on the performance of the department. Taking corrective action to resolve any customer service issues.
Requirements:
Education:
Preferred: Associate's Degree
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or operations management.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Ability to problem-solve, Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, Critical Thinking
Pay Range: $31.94 to $47.91 Based On Experience
