Position Description

The Manager, Supply Chain Logistics is responsible for executing key initiatives within Infinite Electronics' global logistics program, with a focus on freight vendor coordination, data visibility, and cost optimization.

This role supports delivery of measurable improvements, including a targeted 10% reduction in inbound freight spend, while leading execution of initiatives such as the rollout of Intelligent Audit in Europe and enabling logistics support capabilities within the India GCC.

Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and IT, this role ensures consistent execution, data accuracy, and performance tracking across the logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution
  • Execute logistics initiatives aligned to the global freight strategy
  • Support implementation of standardized processes, KPIs, and reporting
  • Track progress against program milestones and escalate risks

Freight Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities with freight providers (parcel, LTL, FTL, air, ocean)
  • Monitor carrier performance (cost, service, claims, OTD)
  • Support carrier RFPs, benchmarking, and contract compliance efforts
  • Identify and escalate cost or service issues

Freight Payment & Audit Partner Rollout (EU)
  • Support rollout of Intelligent Audit across European operations
  • Coordinate carrier onboarding, billing alignment, and audit workflows
  • Validate shipment and cost data for audit accuracy
  • Partner with Finance to track savings and recovery

Data Collection & Reporting
  • Gather and validate logistics data across ERP systems, freight partners, and internal teams
  • Ensure shipment-level visibility (cost, service, accessorial)
  • Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across regions

GCC Logistics Support Enablement (India)
  • Support transition of repeatable logistics activities to the India GCC
  • Document SOPs and define workflows for data management and coordination tasks
  • Partner with GCC team to ensure service levels and output quality
  • Monitor performance and resolve operational gaps

Inbound Freight Optimization
  • Support execution of inbound consolidation opportunities
  • Assist in mode optimization and routing improvements
  • Identify drivers of accessorial costs and support reduction efforts
  • Track and report savings against baseline


Key Deliverables (First 6-12 Months)
  • Execution support for Intelligent Audit rollout in Europe
  • Clean and consistent logistics data feeding reporting dashboards

Physical/Environmental Requirements
