Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for driving supply chain transformation through strategic program leadership with hands-on analytical and operational excellence capabilities. This role will lead performance reporting and insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews, moving beyond historical reporting to providing forward-looking insights, risk identification, and opportunity sizing. The Manager will oversee the North America supply chain project portfolio, ensuring all initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and executed effectively while delivering measurable business value. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across regional and global teams while embedding a culture of accountability, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview:
- Lead Supply Chain Excellence and the regional project from ideation through execution and value realization.
- Act as the PMO leader for North America Supply Chain, ensuring strong governance, prioritization, and delivery discipline.
- Drive data-driven decision-making, performance insights, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Enable operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, analytics, and structured problem-solving.

Performance Management, Reporting, Analytics, & Insights
- Develop, implement and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using: Excel, Power BI / Qlik sense, etc

- Drive accountability by tracking actions and ensuring follow-through across teams
Project Portfolio & PMO Leadership
- Drive end-to-end Project management value: Ideation 12 Prioritization 12 Execution 12 Value realization
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Build financial models for cost savings and ROI
- Track benefits realization across months, quarters, and years
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure disciplined execution and delivery of outcomes
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across supply chain functions
- Track and manage value realization (cost savings, productivity gains, service improvements)
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, stage gates, and reporting standards
- Facilitate project reviews, steering committees, and executive updates
- Conduct and facilitate: Value stream mapping, Root cause analysis, Process redesign workshops
- Identify / execute opportunities to improve cost efficiency, throughput and Process standardization
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor19s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field required Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred)
- Managing supply chain transformation or value improvement initiatives
- Building and managing dashboards and reporting tools
- Leading Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement projects
- Project financial tracking and value realization
- Working in complex, matrixed organizations
The annualized base salary range for this salaried role is $98,400.00 to $164,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
