The Supply Chain Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of professional buyers and schedulers to drive key performance indicators while promoting a customer-focused and continuous improvement culture.
As a Supply Chain Manager for NA Beauty, You Will:- As a people manager, the SCM will maintain Individual Development Plans and support career growth for their team, and lead training initiatives driving skill sets needed to meet performance targets. They will also champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Employee Safety initiatives.
- Oversee purchasing of raw materials, components, and subcontractors.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted supply, and contribute to innovative ideas, reduce costs, and improve service levels to our end customer.
- Establish and maintain measurable performance metrics for purchasing activities including supplier performance and material shortage elimination.
- Collaborate with Purchasing organization to initiate and maintain vendor inventory programs and optimize inventory holding costs.
- Oversee the production scheduling process to ensure we meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of manufacturing processes and adherence to schedules.
- Implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency in production and inventory control.
- Monitor key performance indicators and coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
- Function as a supply chain escalation point and drive resolution of issues that prevent orders from being fulfilled completely and on-time.
- Collaborate with multiple-functional managers and global planning teams to implement good planning practices including time fencing and level loading.
- Actively engage with the S&OP team to analyze demand patterns and future forecast to optimize inventory
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
- Leverage SAP, PowerBI, and AI tools to optimize processes and increase accuracy.
- Identify, document, and implement best practices.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and may lead project teams.

Who We are Looking ForEducation- Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or Operations Management; or equivalent experience as determined by management
Experience- 5 years' experience within supply chain, operations or logistics discipline in a manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership position of increasing responsibility in supply chain.
Skills- Excellent critical thinking and project management skills with the ability to solve complex business problems through fact gathering, business process mapping, and data analysis.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment Strong financial acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the approximate salary range for this position is $113,500 - $153,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
