Full Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Supplier Quality professionals in order to manage:
  • Set quality performance targets and drive continuous improvement across the supply base.
  • Manage Divisional APQP & Launch Management
  • Ongoing Supplier Performance Management, monitor supplier KPIs (PPM levels, delivery performance, escape frequency, audit scores), conduct regular business reviews, and develop supplier improvement roadmaps.
  • Ensure structured problem-solving for supplier-related defects using 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa methods.
  • Communicate critical issues internally and to OEM customers when relevant.
  • Perform process audits at supplier sites. Identify gaps, verify corrective actions, and escalate risks when needed.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including capacity, process stability, and material availability.
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Operations, and Program Management to ensure alignment on quality and sourcing strategies.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Automotive Quality or Purchasing functions.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in supplier development leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Advanced presentation and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Experience with SAP, SupplyOn and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with mechatronics & electronic components, steel, heat treatment, welding, grinding, stamping, computer numerical control (CNC), machining and assembly operations.
  • Strong working knowledge with the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Quality System requirements.
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and make decisions.
  • Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
