Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement the regional electronic purchasing strategy in close alignment with all stakeholders.
  • Drive market studies to develop onshore strategic partners, balance supplier poolings to maximize cost savings, developing supply chain robustness and desired quality performances.
  • Identify and develop global and regional strategic suppliers to meet purchasing requirements.
  • Conduct strategic supplier meetings to enhance business relationships with our key selected partners.
  • Manage and develop price and framework agreements, ensuring legal, logistical, commercial, and technical alignment with stakeholders, and oversee their implementation.
  • Support regional sourcing/RFQs projects with project buyers to ensure the best commercial quality and logistic performance selections, overseeing sourcing implementation.
  • Driving regional tariff mitigation initiatives.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in category management or strategic procurement for electronic components, such as printed circuit boards (PCBs) and/or e-motors - MUST
  • Strong data analytical skills with experience in market intelligence and supplier management - highly preferred
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, PowerBI, etc.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with both internal stakeholders and external business partners.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
