Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; aerospace specialty preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in multidisciplinary, complex projects in Aerospace, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with design tools and manufacturing methods.
• Understanding of Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence without authority; fluency in English and French is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of integration specialists to design the Bombardier product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers and platform leaders to align on priorities.
• Manage the Engineering Statement of Work and departmental budget.
• Participate in management meetings and organize departmental governance.
• Support team members through coaching, mentoring, and training for both technical and soft skills.
• Oversee the deployment of best project practices and lessons learned.
• Coordinate with production and in-service teams to resolve issues.
