As Manager, Strategy, you will combine strategic and analytical thinking with a strong understanding of business dynamics to turn insights into action. You will advise senior executives as a trusted thought partner, communicate clear and compelling viewpoints, and help influence the direction of the enterprise. What will you do?• Maintain an external mindset by translating consumer, customer, competitive, and macroeconomic trends into actionable insights.
• Own and execute strategy projects with minimal oversight.
• Lead complex problem solving on strategic issues and decisions.
• Guide, develop, and mentor small project teams of indirect contributors from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy.
• Synthesize internal and external data, including point-of-sale, household panel, inventory, shipment, and P&L information, into business recommendations and strategies.
• Develop clear executive-level presentations for the CEO, Executive Committee updates, Board presentations, and external speaking engagements.
Minimum Education & RequirementsExperience:
• 5+ years of combined experience in a leading CPG company or strategy consulting firm; CPG experience is strongly preferred.
• Background across multiple disciplines, with emphasis on strategy, finance, marketing, and sales.
• Experience leading strategic and data-driven recommendations and decisions.
• Understanding of market research methods and familiarity with economic, public financial, and syndicated data.
• Experience driving change in a complex business environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or equivalent marketplace experience is strongly preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $122,240 to $152,800 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
