The successful candidate will support the successful rollout, adoption, and evolution of the OSCLife Digital Transformation suite of capabilities across the Surveillance portfolio of Raytheon factories. Reporting to the Associate Director of OSCLife Deployment & Transformation, this role partners closely with factory teams, operations leadership, supply chain, production control, quality, digital technology, and SAP modernization teams to help improve operational workflows and employee experience through enterprise transformation initiatives.
This role is focused on helping transform how work gets done within factory operations by connecting operational needs, digital capabilities, and day-to-day execution. Success in this role requires collaboration skills, operational curiosity, attentiveness to user challenges, and the ability to help organizations move beyond legacy ways of working toward more connected, efficient, and scalable operational processes. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working closely with operational teams, identifying improvement opportunities, driving change across organizations, and helping shape the future operating environment across OSCQ.
What You Will Do:
- Support deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement activities for OSCLife across assigned factories
- Partner with factory teams and operational leaders to understand operational pain points, workflow challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Help drive operational adoption by working closely with users and stakeholders to integrate new capabilities into day-to-day operations
- Coordinate deployment readiness activities including communications, user engagement, training support, and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational visibility, and enhance employee experience across operational workflows
- Translate operational feedback and user insights into actionable enhancement recommendations and transformation opportunities
- Collaborate with DT teams, product teams, SAP and SAP upgrade teams, and operational stakeholders to support rollout and continuous improvement activities
- Track deployment progress, operational adoption, and support needs across assigned factories
- Support post-deployment stabilization and sustainment efforts to ensure long-term operational success
- Assist with leadership updates, deployment planning, and cross-functional coordination activities
- Travel up to 20% domestically to Raytheon factory locations as needed to support key site deployments and ensure successful implementation and adoption on the ground.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, program operations, operational excellence, ERP processes, or transformation-related initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Experience with operational improvement, transformation, and improving how teams work.
- Experience supporting projects, deployments, process improvements, or operational initiatives preferred.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
