As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for...
  • Leading workstreams across strategy, growth, operating model, and transformation engagements from problem definition through implementation planning
  • Structuring analyses, synthesizing findings, and developing executive-ready recommendations supported by data and business context
  • Managing day-to-day engagement activities, project plans, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across cross-functional teams
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to align on priorities, decisions, and next steps
  • Coaching junior practitioners, reviewing work product, and maintaining quality across deliverables

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operating model design, process improvement, or management consulting
  • 3+ years of experience leading project teams or workstreams
  • Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, or key performance indicator frameworks
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and facilitating stakeholder meetings
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, public policy, or data analytics
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or growth strategy initiatives
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, or value case development
  • Experience working with senior executive stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
