Manager, Strategy - Financial Solutions

What does a successful, Manager, Strategy - Financial Solutions do at Fiserv?

As a successful Strategy Manager, you will work in a hands-on and execution-heavy extension of the strategy arm of our Financial Solutions group - supporting leadership on the highest priority initiatives while also doing the work to move them forward. You will operate as a builder/operator who can go from framing problems, to sizing opportunities and to driving execution.

What you will do:
  • Support and drive strategic initiatives across Financial Solutions-growth, transformation, and efficiency efforts
  • Size opportunities and build business cases (new products, capabilities, partnerships, market expansion)
  • Help leaders translate vision into actionable plans, then push those plans forward
  • Step in to run programs when initiatives move into execution-manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
  • Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and help implement solutions
  • Work closely with a small, scrappy team and partner daily with Product, Tech, Finance, and Operations
  • Contribute to executive materials and decision-making (including senior leadership and investor-level content)
  • Embed AI thinking across initiatives-identify where it can accelerate growth, automation or decisioning


What you will need to have:
  • 3-4+ years of management consulting experience
  • Strong problem structuring and analytical skills-able to take ambiguous problems and make them actionable
  • Proven ability to own workstreams and drive outcomes, not just build slides
  • Exceptional proficiency in:
    • PowerPoint (clear, executive-level storytelling)
    • Excel (modeling, analysis, sizing opportunities)
  • Comfort with program management and execution when needed
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving, unstructured environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate with senior stakeholders


What would be great to have:
  • Working experience in financial services
  • Working knowledge of AI/data-driven problem solving and how to apply it in a business context

Salary Range
$110,000.00 - $186,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
