A Sourcing Manager with a regional lead focus for AMER at JLL is responsible for executing comprehensive sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple countries within the region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value, cost savings, and compliance with JLL's standards and client objectives.
Key responsibilities and competencies for this role include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies tailored to client and regional objectives across AMER. This includes conducting vendor selection and evaluation processes, leveraging JLL's buying power to achieve savings and operational improvements, ensuring alignment with regional business goals, and collaborating with account teams to represent the region in cross-functional projects.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, monitor performance against contractual and ESG requirements, and implement improvement initiatives to drive accountability and continuous enhancement of supplier outcomes.
- Conduct regular stakeholder briefings and client presentations to showcase sourcing activities, performance metrics, savings realization, and strategic initiatives. Tell the story of sourcing's impact through clear reporting and proactive engagement that reinforces team value and client partnership.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with JLL and client standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for account and client teams, providing all necessary account-specific information and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the sourcing process.
- Utilize procurement software (e.g., Jaggaer, Aravo) and digital collaboration tools to conduct supplier analysis, monitor spend and savings, ensure accurate reporting, and streamline sourcing activities and supplier onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to JLL's sourcing, procurement, and compliance processes, including ESG, health and safety, and responsible procurement requirements.
- Directly manage and mentor two sourcing managers within the region, providing guidance, performance management, and professional development opportunities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency, innovation, and best practices in sourcing operations.

Expected compensation for this position:119,000.00 - 122,000.00 USD per year
Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
