Full Job Description
This is not a traditional planning role. It's a high-impact, highly visible position designed for someone who excels at driving execution, building alignment, and creating momentum across an organization. You'll work directly with executive leadership to ensure our most critical priorities don't just stay on paper-they move forward, gain traction, and deliver outcomes.

This role reports to Vice President Finance.

Salary grade 15

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Strategy & Planning Orchestration

  • Coordinate and develop enterprise strategic planning materials, including multi-year plans, annual priorities, and executive presentations
  • Design structured planning processes, timelines, and work sessions that produce high-quality, decision-ready outcomes
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, concise narratives that align leadership around priorities and trade-offs


Initiative Execution & Follow-Through

  • Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with defined owners, milestones, and success metrics
  • Establish execution rhythms such as dashboards, check-ins, and status updates to maintain momentum
  • Track progress, identify risks early, and ensure initiatives are carried through to completion


Accountability & Performance Management Support

  • Support senior leadership in reinforcing accountability for strategic goals and performance outcomes
  • Develop practical scorecards and tracking tools that keep focus on what matters most
  • Prepare clear, concise updates that highlight progress, gaps, and key decisions


Cross-Functional Strategic Integration

  • Partner with leaders across functions to clarify and document strategic initiatives
  • Align functional plans to enterprise goals, ensuring consistency and coordination
  • Identify dependencies and ensure smooth sequencing of cross-functional initiatives


Executive Communication & Meeting Effectiveness

  • Plan and support leadership meetings with agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups
  • Ensure meetings result in clear decisions, assigned ownership, and actionable next steps
  • Draft executive communications that reinforce alignment and execution discipline


Continuous Improvement of Execution Discipline

  • Identify gaps in how strategy is prioritized, tracked, and executed
  • Introduce practical tools and processes to strengthen organizational effectiveness
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on strategy execution, change management, and sequencing


Management of Executive Support Function

  • Lead and guide Executive Support team members to maximize leadership efficiency
  • Implement process improvements and explore AI tools to streamline workflows
  • Ensure leadership is empowered to focus on high-value, strategic activities

    • The expected offer for base compensation for this role is $117,000 - $161,000 annually. The actual compensation within the compensation range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
