Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Execute real estate strategies, site selections, and transaction management initiatives.
  • Partner with internal business units, COEs, and corporate functions (tax, legal, finance, workplace planning) to align real estate strategies with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate and act as a liaison with finance and business unit leaders to analyze and report on annual transaction performance.
  • Lead end-to-end transaction management, including broker selection, market/financial analysis, site selection, and lease/sublease negotiations.
  • Direct broker selection, market analysis, and coordinate key documentation and deliverables, including RFPs, proposal comparisons, letters of intent, market comparable reports, and project schedules.
  • Establish and maintain effective industry relationships with real estate brokers, legal counsel, and external service providers.
  • Ensure contracted facility services align with corporate policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Implement fiscal operating and capital budgets across the portfolio, supporting multi-year asset planning.
  • Collect and analyze real estate and facilities data to produce actionable performance insights and portfolio reports.
  • Partner with business leaders to design and execute short- and long-term space planning, occupancy, and move strategies.
  • Support special projects and strategic business cases across real estate and facilities management.
  • Provide solutions for complex business needs across a large portfolio, driving alignment and buy-in from senior executives.

What experience you need
  • BS/BA degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of Commercial/Corporate Real Estate experience and/or related experience in property/facility management;
    • Commercial real estate experience specifically in commercial office leasing, asset management, capital planning and property management
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous circumstances
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated global or South American regional real estate experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets).
