Job Description:
The Manager, StrategicAlliances,is responsible fordeveloping and executing effectivepartner initiativesto expand Epiqs business with key strategic partners includingLegora, Harvey,Relativityand other leading Legal AI software firms. The role includesdevelopingamanagement system to drive operational excellence as we expand our partnering activities.Contribute to an exciting and rapidly growing business by developing, tracking, and executing effective workflows with stakeholders across the business to deliver value from eachpartnerrelationship.
Essential Job Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership and support of partner programinitiatives, includingdeveloping QBR (Quarterly Business Review) content and tracking initiatives and performance through regularly scheduled status calls.
Analyze trends and recommend opportunities for improvement and growth. Report on other business KPIs from both Epiq and the partner program POV todemonstraterevenue contribution to the business.
Actively seek ways to improve business reporting processes and interactions. Improve engagement interactions by streamlining and templatizing processes.
Manage partner co-sellinginitiatives: Track opportunities,pipeline, bookings, marketing activities, and development activities to provide measurable KPIs around the success of assigned relationships. Conduct regular review calls to track progress andidentifyany inhibitors.
Work closely with the sales team to manage and support workflows related to statements of work, proof of project execution, and partner incentivesprogramspayments.
Provide first line of support for partner portal submissions and operations issues; Troubleshoot challenges and act as an escalation point to lead internal teams to a resolution.
Partner with the alliance lead and marketing to publish partner solution offers in partner marketplaces and joint sales tools; manage the lifecycle of solution offers - ensuring currency and accuracy.
Qualifications
5+ yearsexperiencepartner alliance management including partner co-selling.
Salesforce experience;design& support effective lead flow process and reports. Integration of reports with Microsoft Power BI data visualization software.
Experience managing complex cross-teaminitiatives, engaging, and responding to stakeholdersin a timely manner.
Strong project management experience, with exceptional skills at handling multiple, complex workstreams.
Strong collaboration and communication skills withabilityto effectively influence internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Analytical thinker who can translate business insights into recommended actions, business growth ideas.
Experience in the legal industrya plus.
