Position SummaryThe Manager Social Work Case Mgmt is responsible for day to day leadership activities managing a team of clinical professionals in the execution of exemplary Hospital clinical social work and cross continuum care coordination. This individual works with the director, market leaders, physicians, peers, community colleagues, and others to identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services, and to execute collaborative practices that exemplify MultiCare Health System's commitment to patient centered care and community engagement. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
Requirements- Master's degree in Social Work
- Licensed in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Minimum three (3) years leadership experience and demonstrated skills in progressive management roles
- Minimum three (3) years of healthcare leadership experience
- Minimum five (5) years clinical experience
- Case Management experience desired
- A relocating candidate from a state with Washington reciprocity can begin onboarding and orientation with Pending license, with the expectation that the Washington license will be in place within 30 days of start date
- Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $97,822.40 - $140,732.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
