Job Overview The Manager, Site Reliability provides strategic and technical leadership for software engineering teams responsible for T-Mobile's high-performance systems. This role ensures the scalability, availability, and reliability of platforms supporting complex operations across multi-functional services. By driving operational excellence and implementing best practices, the manager enhances the stability and efficiency of mission-critical systems. The position also leads organizational growth initiatives, including talent acquisition, career development, and succession planning, to build and sustain high-performing teams. Through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration with operations, the manager supports T-Mobile's commitment to delivering robust and innovative billing solutions. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
