Your Role
As a Manager / Senior Manager in Supply Chain Planning Advisory, you will lead complex advisory engagements helping organizations transform how they plan, decide, and operate across the end-to-end supply chain. You will partner with senior client leaders to design future-ready target planning operating models that integrate strategy, process, organization, data, and technology, with AI and advanced analytics embedded as decision accelerators. This role blends deep supply chain planning expertise with operating model design and transformation leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will:
- Lead AI-enabled supply chain planning transformations, designing Target Operating Models across demand planning, supply planning, IBP/S&OP, and inventory optimization
- Advise executive stakeholders on how AI, advanced analytics, and scenario modeling enhance planning decisions, responsiveness, and performance management
- Design future-state planning operating models, including governance, decision rights, processes, organizational structures, and capability requirements
- Translate planning strategy and AI ambition into pragmatic, value-driven transformation roadmaps from assessment through implementation
- Serve as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic vision with execution feasibility in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsLead and mentor cross-functional consulting teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, structured problem solving, and executive-level storytelling
- Contribute to go-to-market efforts, thought leadership, and reusable assets focused on AI-leveraged supply chain planning and operating model evolution
Qualifications & Experience
Must Have
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting or advisory roles with deep expertise in supply chain planning and transformation
- Proven experience designing and leading Target Operating Models across planning functions
- Strong understanding of IBP/S&OP, demand and supply planning, and inventory optimization
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI, analytics, or decision intelligence to improve planning effectiveness and business outcomes
- Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Industrial, or related sectors
- Experience with AI-enabled scenario planning, predictive analytics, or digital planning transformations
- Background in large-scale change management and value realization
- Contributions to thought leadership, methodologies, or internal capability development

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $135k to $200k

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
