Full Job Description
C3 AI is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances to help build and grow C3 AI's relationships with leading global and specialist system integrators (GSIs). Working closely with alliance leadership, you will support the joint go-to-market motion, help drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and serve as a key connection point between our GSI partners' teams and C3 AI's sales, product, and delivery organizations. This is a builder's role for someone who is equal parts relationship manager and seller, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support C3 AI's relationships across a portfolio of global and specialist system integrators, including contributing to the joint business plan and quarterly operating cadence for priority partners.
  • Help develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and closed revenue.
  • Build co-sell relationships with C3 AI field sales and SI account/industry teams; identify, register, and progress joint opportunities.
  • Support the build-out of partner delivery capacity by coordinating training, enablement, and certification activities for SI practitioners.
  • Help develop joint offerings and reference architectures that pair C3 AI applications with each SI's domain and delivery expertise.
  • Drive co-marketing activity, including joint content, events, and demand-generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate across C3 AI sales, product, services/delivery, marketing, legal, and operations to support joint pursuits.
  • Track and report on alliance KPIs, including sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, certified capacity, and joint wins.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus (recent graduates welcome to apply).
  • 3-5 years in alliances, channel, business development, consulting, or enterprise sales, ideally with some exposure to system integrators (Big Four, IT services, or specialist/boutique firms).
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI / machine learning and the enterprise software landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with partner stakeholders and contribute to a revenue or pipeline number.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism to operate with partner and customer stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort operating amid ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to partner and customer sites as needed.
