Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Oversees and directs a team of trained and qualified Project Managers to manage sector projects.
Ensures consistent implementation of and compliance with PM related project policies, procedures and practices.
Manages proposal development, contract negotiations, project planning and implementation for highly complex sector projects from tendering to award to project execution and closeout.
Monitors and maintains project control and scheduling standards to ensure efficient project support.
Plans and implements cost improvement programs to attain business, customer, and process objectives.
Works with senior mgmt. to develop/maintain PM forecasts.
Reviews major project contracts and purchase orders for terms and conditions of the contract including project deliverables, schedule milestones, and commitments.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in project management, contract management, engineering processes of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Expert knowledge of program and portfolio management principles.

Total Rewards Package
Salary: $150,000-$212,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
