Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a real passion for leading and developing best-in-class teams to lead our Mid-Market 1 Account Executive team. You will manage a team of Account Executives who sell our SaaS products to Mid-Market segment prospects.

The Manager, Sales is a high impact position within Payscale's Revenue Organization. In this role you'll work closely with our Sales teams to bring in new clients, expand relationships with existing clients, and work closely with services and support teams to ensure these new partnerships are successful.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and guide a team of direct sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop sales strategies, set goals, analyze data, and monitor KPI performance to drive growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales development to execute revenue campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps to monitor and manage KPI reporting
  • Run a monthly performance management cadence
  • Lead your team on proactive outbound sales and lead-qualification
  • Partner with your reps on customer sales cycles, presentations, and engagements
  • Responsible for the career and skill development of your team


What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software, human capital technology preferred
