Job Details:
SUMMARY
This role is based on-site at our World Headquarters located in Springdale, AR.
This position is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and executing activities that will successfully increase fresh beef and pork sales within a specific region or customer portfolio.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establishing and servicing new accounts.
Managing existing fresh beef and pork accounts to increase market share.
Selling boxed beef and/or pork in volume to large key accounts.
Introducing and building sales of new products
Effectively communicating customer, market, and performance insights.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 5+ years of sales experience required with 2 years industry sales experience preferred. In lieu of a degree, must have 5 years industry sales experience.
Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal partners, and leadership
Special Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Travel: Minimal travel
