The Manager, Risk Methodologies & Analytics supports the advancement of the Global TPRM program by delivering data-driven insights, reporting solutions, and analytical methodologies that enhance third-party risk oversight and decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing risk data, developing reporting capabilities, and identifying emerging trends, control effectiveness, and opportunities for process improvement across the third-party risk lifecycle.

This role partners closely with business, sourcing, technology, and risk stakeholders to design and maintain reporting frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards that promote consistency, transparency, and regulatory alignment. The Manager also contributes to the continuous evolution of TPRM analytics and reporting capabilities through automation, data quality enhancements, and innovative solutions that strengthen risk monitoring and stakeholder reporting. Success in this role requires strong analytical acumen, effective stakeholder management, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in support of the Bank's Third-Party Risk Management objectives.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Support the execution and continuous enhancement of the Global TPRM reporting program by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable reporting and insights.
  • Analyze TPRM data, trends, and emerging risk themes to identify reporting gaps, data quality concerns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools to improve transparency, automation, and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Partner with business, sourcing, operational risk, and technology teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure reporting outputs meet evolving stakeholder needs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting methodologies, procedures, data definitions, and documentation to support consistency and governance across TPRM reporting.
  • Perform analysis to assess the effectiveness of TPRM controls, risk indicators, and reporting metrics, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of reporting materials for senior management and governance committees, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and quality of information.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory expectations, industry trends, and internal reporting requirements, identifying impacts and recommending enhancements where appropriate.
  • Support responses to audits, regulatory reviews, and inquiries by preparing reporting artifacts, analysis, and evidence as required.
  • Apply critical thinking and challenge existing processes by identifying opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, increase automation, and leverage innovative solutions.


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in risk management, reporting, analytics, or related functions within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other reporting and visualization tools, with experience designing and maintaining management reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate complex information into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and recommend practical solutions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas, technologies, and approaches to improve reporting effectiveness and stakeholder value.
  • Understanding of risk management concepts, governance frameworks, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across business and technology teams.
  • High degree of learning agility, sound judgment, professional integrity, and attention to detail.
