Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on ASC 606 experience, particularly with complex revenue arrangements.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical accounting expertise for revenue recognition under ASC 606 to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue recognition team with ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Build cross-functional relationships to enhance revenue recognition awareness throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison with auditors for revenue-related inquiries and audit support.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team activities and key revenue considerations.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of contract reviews while guiding team members.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives to maintain compliance with standards.
