Your Next Opportunity

We have an exciting role open as a Manager, Revenue Operations in our Toronto office. Your focus will be managing the day-to-day Billing, Collections and Client Life Cycle teams across the offices. The position will oversee the operations of these areas, ensuring financial controls are designed and operating effectively. This individual will own and lead continuous improvement efforts to core processes to increase the quality of output as well as improve the productivity of the finance operations team. The position will build and maintain relationships with the business and ensure the team delivers high quality and timely service to the Firm. The Manager, Revenue Operations will report directly to the Director, National Finance Operations.

Please note that this role offers a hybrid work arrangement. Each week will combine both working from your home office and working from the McMillan office.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a national team of 25+ finance professionals, including seven direct reports, across billing, collections, and client life cycle operations
  • Coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams by providing clear direction, hands-on leadership, and ongoing support
  • Design and implement finance dashboards that track monthly transaction volumes, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strengthen the firm's control environment by ensuring financial controls are well designed, effective, and consistently applied
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting, streamlining, and enhancing core processes, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with ASPE, partnership accounting policies, and provincial law society rules and regulatory requirements
  • Partner closely with business leaders, management, and finance stakeholders to deliver responsive, high-quality service and meet evolving business needs


What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance operations or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
  • Proven experience leading and developing large, high-performing teams
  • Experience improving finance processes and driving operational efficiencies
  • Strong client service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and results
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strengths in coaching, facilitation, relationship building, and strategic leadership
  • Experience fostering a positive, high-performance team environment
  • Experience with Intapp Open or 3E is considered an asset
